This programme is already running in Mpaem Community but the children who number up to 100 are living in abject poverty. The focus of HOPE FOR THE FUTURE GENERATION ORGANISATION now is to help them with their feeding, school uniforms and other logistics.
The reason as to why are asking for support for the disadvantaged and poor children is; the problem we are facing when these children are getting their needs as a result of poverty of the caregivers. The situation is more serious in a case of a double orphan where the children become miserable in their life.
PROGRAMME PURPOSE:
The purpose of this programme is to reduce the suffering of the orphans and vulnerable children, build their capacity through giving them love, care, education and simple activities to do so that they become productive in the society.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
1) To improve the quality of life of the orphans and vulnerable children by providing them nutritional support like beans, rice and vegetable oil.
2) To train care givers in care giving skills to enable these children get adequate care, love and support
3) To provide adequate education to these children to make them good citizens and have a better future through good education right from a tender age
4) To create awareness to the community and the outside world the need to protect and support the vulnerable children and the orphans as well as protecting their rights.
